About Amy
Amy Ryan Rued is a Life Coach, Professional Speaker and author of the soon to be released book: This or Something Better: A Guide to Living a Joyful, Peaceful, Extraordinary Life.
Amy provides a holistic approach in assisting people to realize what they are truly capable of achieving by combining multiple disciplines of spirituality, psychology and energy healing to her work. A coach since 1995, she brings nearly 25 years of professional experience to her coaching practice. Amy specializes in helping women to first recognize, and then achieve their dreams in their personal and professional life, while maintaining their spirituality.
Her work includes one-on-one and group coaching. She also conducts Teleseminars on No More Kissings Frogs! and workshops on Creating Wealth Within® and Laugh Out Loud Laughter.
Amy has a master’s degree in Psycholgy from Catholic University of America and a master’s degree in Counseling from George Washington University, both in Washington, D.C. She has taken graduate coursework in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and worked with runaway teenagers and their families for twenty years. She has served as a National Advisory Member of Scholarship America for more than twelve years and is engaged in the Global Commons movement.
Amy grew up in the Washington, D.C. area, and lived in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. for most of her life, until she moved to Ohio, where she now resides with her wonderful husband Jack.
