  1. Challenge what you think and what you believe. If your beliefs are not serving you, question where they came from and more importantly, if they are serving you today.
  2. Be open and persistent as you let go of old beliefs and create new ones.
  3. Know that all the action in the world isn’t going to create happiness, success and what you want if your mindset is faulty.
  4. Practice, practice and practice thinking positively.
  5. Monitor your self-talk and emotions.
  6. Continuously reinforce your positive thoughts to cancel out unwanted beliefs.
  7. Repeat positive affirmations until you believe them in your heart.
  8. Use visualizing instead of force to assist you to change your beliefs.
  9. Be grateful you are changing into the person you want to be—before you actually see the results.
